DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us at Leotie Beauty, and they are reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes you'll need to reschedule an appointment. As a result, we respectfully request at least 48 hours of notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Please understand that when you cancel outside of the 48 hour window, we miss the opportunity to schedule appointments with clients on our waiting list.

Less than 48 hours of notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service amount; you will be considered a "no show" if you don't show up within fifteen minutes of your appointment start time.

To cancel your appointment, please contact the salon at 01454 605629. If there is no answer, we may be in treatment. Please leave a voicemail for us as we can always get these. Unfortunately, we cannot check our email or socials as regularly therefore we cannot take cancellations this way.
