COVID-19 Guideline

We kindly ask that all of our clients do their best to observe social distancing measures whilst in the salon.

Please arrive on time for your appointment in order for us to keep all running smoothly. We are unlikely to be able to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive early we may require you to wait outside for a short period of time.

Appointments should be made prior to coming into our salon and we have a 48hr Cancellation Policy. See our deposit page to find out more.

To help us protect each other please arrive alone to your appointment, please wear a face covering throughout your service. Our staff wear face coverings as well.

If you, or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms please get in touch as soon as possible so as to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

a new continuous cough
a high temperature
a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

We appreciate at least 48hr notice.

Completion of a digital consultation form is required for all treatments thats provided at Leotie beauty, if we don't recieve this back before your appointment we will ask you to complete one in the salon. Please ask if you are uncertain about this.
The Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone whom they deem unsuitable.
Our Right to Cancel. If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot go ahead with your appointment, we will contact you by telephone where possible.

Leotie Beauty is proud to offer the best treatments possible, should you have any concerns with our performance please contact the salon within 24 hours of your treatment for the salon to be able to assist you. We appreciate your feedback positive or constructive. We strive to do the best job possible at the highest standard.

We reserve the right to change the nature of any treatments, course or package.

A patch test must be carried out at Leotie beauty at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last 12 months must have a repeat patch test. Failure to have a patch test will result in the Salon being unable to carry out the treatment.
Pregnant women are unable to have any treatments which require a patch test.
Certain medical conditions and Pregnancy may be contra-indication to a range of treatments. If you have an existing medical condition, please speak directly to the salon, to determine if you can indeed book the treatment. Failure to confirm that the treatment required can be carried out with an existing medical condition may result in your appointment being cancelled. Please ensure you have medical consent to receive beauty treatments a letter wording for gaining consent from your doctor / midwife.
For your safety and health, and to gain the best results from our treatments, you must follow our aftercare advice.

Arriving for your treatment:

Out of consideration for other clients, clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may have to reschedule or will have their appointment time reduced but will still be charged full appointment time.
Please arrive for your appointment ten minutes early - During Covid 19 please arrive on time for your appointment.

Children:

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/supervised by an appropriate adult.
Children are unable to accompany adults in the treatment rooms. Due to the nature of the salon.
